Sid Williams-heath,
Chief Executive officer
Sid relocated to Pensacola from New York City while working with the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), a nonprofit university for creative careers. A Mississippi native, Sid studied public relations and journalism at The University of Mississippi. He currently serves as Treasurer of Visit Pensacola, President of the Stamped LGBTQIA+ Film Festival, and an active member of Sunday’s Child. Sid is a member of the local Association of Fundraising Professionals, American Association of Community Theatre, and Leadership Pensacola’s class of 2019. Sid also instructs at Ride Society Downtown.

Kathy Holsworth,
Artistic Director
Kathy has been an integral part of the Pensacola Little Theatre’s operations since 1996. She spent six years managing the box office among other tasks here at the Theatre. A lifelong performer, Kathy has been involved in acting, costumes, set design, and directing at PLT for nearly 30 years. She continues to perform in and direct PLT productions and serves as the head of the Artistic Committee. Kathy is a member of Theatre Communications Group, American Association of Community Theatre, and Impact 100. She has a BA in Education from the University of Alabama and earned her Master’s degree in Strategic Communications and Leadership from the University of West Florida. She has been Artistic Director since 2015.

Kayla Stephenson,
Technical director
Kayla is in her 10th season here at PLT. Originally from Mississippi, she holds a BFA in Theatre Design and Technology. Kayla’s passion for the arts extends beyond her work, as she enjoys immersing herself in the local arts community and spending time with friends. With her expertise and attention to detail, Kayla consistently brings theatrical visions to life and enhances the overall production quality at Pensacola Little Theatre.

topher warren,
education director
Topher is in his 3rd season at PLT. A native of Gulf Breeze, Florida, Topher has been performing on the Pensacola stage for over 20 years. After graduating from Pensacola State College with an AA in Theatre, and the University of West Florida with a BFA in Musical Theatre, Topher toured with the Missoula Children’s Theatre, performing and teaching children all across the United States and Canada. Topher returned to Pensacola after living in Atlanta as a freelance actor and director. Topher serves on the Artistic, Treehouse, and Studio 400 Committees, and has been seen many time on stage as well as in the Director’s chair. He is also a member of the Florida Association for Theatre Educators (FATE) as well as the American Association of Community Theatre.

Ashley Mcglothren,
marketing director
Ashley has been acting and volunteering in the Pensacola area since 2008. As a native to the Florida Panhandle, Ashley received her BA in Theatre from UWF in 2010. She serves on our Artistic Committee and has been seen on our stage as well as in the Director’s chair. Noteworthy theatrical accomplishments include directing Macbeth for UWF and creating Unrequited, for Pensacola Little Theatre’s participation in Foo Foo Fest 2023. As a self-taught graphic designer she has over 10 years of professional design and marketing experience and is an award winning photographer. Beyond her professional pursuits, Ashley is a devoted mother, fiancé, podcaster.

facilities manager
Angel is originally from sweet home Alabama but now calls the Florida Panhandle home. Angel oversees the upkeep and restoration of our beautiful Cultural Center, with several years of diverse experience in maintenance and construction.

kimberly scott,
community outreach director
Kimberly grew up in Washington DC before moving to Pensacola to study Theatre and English Education. During her time at Pensacola Christian College she acted, directed, and assisted with over a dozen productions. After graduating with her Master's in speech education she taught and directed productions at Dixon School of the Arts and Sciences. Kimberly looks forward to sharing her love of theatre and education with the community.

Bryan Chapman,
shop supervisor
Bryan Chapman comes to us from the rolling hills of Kentucky, where he previously worked for the Market House Theatre. Bryan studied Environmental Science at Murray State University, but his true passion is carpentry.

Jennifer Goodman,
Finance Director
Jennifer is originally from Tampa and grew up in the SF Bay area, which is probably why she loves to be on or around the water. After receiving her B.S. in Business Administration from CSU Hayward, Jennifer has worked in finance and operations for The Gap, The North Face, and Nordstrom. You can find her hiking, running, or cooking when not crunching numbers.

Michael Smith,
Center Services Coordinator
Between Kaleidoscope (Ballet Pensacola) and Pensacola Little Theatre, Michael has been in the performing arts his entire life – spending nearly every day at The Center as a child – and developing rich relationships over the years. After attending Pensacola State College, Michael began working with the Saenger Theatre and found that his love for the theatre extended beyond the stage.

Nicole Stamper, Interim Director of Hospitality
Originally from Ohio, where she received an Associate of Arts degree in Communications, Nicole loves living by the beach and taking in everything Pensacola has to offer. She enjoys playing the violin and hiking with her dog. Nicole facilitates all rentals and events at The Center. Her organizational skills and attention to detail make her a key asset to the team.
